北海道の森と山を気ままに暮らしていた、ただの熊だったクラフトベア。ある初夏の夕暮れ、大雪山系の麓でキャンプ場に迷い込み、誰かが置き忘れたクラフトビールを見つけました。一口飲んだその瞬間——人生が変わりました。
その冬、長い冬眠の中でも、あの味が頭から離れません。夢の中で何度も何度も、自分だけの醸造所を開く姿が浮かびました。春が来る頃には、もう決心がついていました。
山を下り、まず向かったのは人里。洗濯物から青い作業着をこっそり拝借して、コツコツ貯金を始めました。事業計画を書き、仲間を見つけ、そしてついに大雪山の澄んだ湧水で、夢のビールを仕込み始めたのです。
Craft Bear was just an ordinary bear, wandering the forests and mountains of Hokkaido without a care in the world. Then one summer evening, he stumbled into a campsite in the foothills of the Daisetsuzan mountain range and found something someone had left behind: a craft beer. One sip, and everything changed.
That winter, even deep in hibernation, he couldn't shake the memory of that taste. Night after night he dreamed of opening his own brewery. By spring, his mind was made up.
He came down from the mountain and headed straight for the village. First order of business: clothes. He quietly borrowed a blue work outfit from a laundry line and started saving every coin he could find. He wrote a business plan, found some friends to help, and finally began brewing his dream beer with the crystal-clear spring water of the Daisetsuzan mountains.
