ピルスナーとは
1842年、チェコのピルゼン（Plzeň）という町で生まれた下面発酵のラガービールです。それまで主流だった濁った色のビールに対し、透き通った黄金色のビールは当時衝撃を与え、瞬く間に世界中へ広がりました。
