東川町初のクラフトビール、2020年から
Craft Bearは、2020年に「東川エール」を初めて醸造した、東川町初のクラフトビールブランドです。「東川の美味しい水で、この町ならではのビールを造りたい」——その想いから、地元の仲間とともにビール造りは始まりました。以来、私たちは東川町のクラフトビール文化を育て、北海道から本格クラフトビールをお届けしています。
旭岳の源水が育む味わい
北海道最高峰・旭岳の雪解け水が湧き出す「大雪旭岳源水」。平成の名水百選にも選ばれたこの水を、私たちは1トンずつ直接汲みに行き、信頼する地元の醸造家とともに仕込んでいます。ミネラルバランスに優れた清冽な水が、クラフトベアの味わいの土台です。

In the heart of Hokkaido, at the foot of the Daisetsuzan mountains, lies the town of Higashikawa. It has no municipal water supply — the whole town lives on natural groundwater from the mountains. It is here that our craft beer is born.
Higashikawa's First Craft Beer, Since 2020
Craft Bear is Higashikawa's original craft beer brand, first brewing Higashikawa Ale in 2020. It began with a simple wish — to make a beer that could only come from this town, using Higashikawa's exceptional water — shared among local friends. Ever since, we've nurtured the town's craft beer culture and delivered authentic craft beer from Hokkaido.
The Taste of Asahidake Spring Water
Snowmelt from Asahidake, Hokkaido's highest peak, feeds a spring called Taisetsu Asahidake Gensui — one of Japan's 100 finest waters. We collect it one ton at a time, directly from the source, and brew with trusted local brewers. That clean, mineral-balanced water is the foundation of every Craft Bear.
